E190/A320 Captain in Tianjin Airlines

Tianjin Airlines is a regional airline headquartered in Tianjin,China. It was established in 2004 in an effort to merge the major aviation assets of Hainan Airlines, China Xinhua Airlines, Chang'an Airlines and Shanxi Airlines, and received its operating license from the Civil Aviation Administration of China in 2007.

As of June 2011, the Tianjin Airlines fleet consists of 37 E190, 25 E145 and 2 A320 aircrafts. Additionally, Tianjin Airlines operates 29 Dornier Do 328 aircraft which are owned by Hainan Airlines.

Monthly Salary	15,000 USD (net)	16,000 USD (net)
Annual Leave	Option 1 - 42 days on and 14 days off with 24 days annual leave Option 2 - 42 days on and 21 days off with no paid leave, 200USD/m pay reduction	Option 1- 42 days on and 14 days off with 24 days annual leave Option 2 - 42 days on and 21 days off with no paid leave, 200USD/m pay reduction Option 3- 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off with no paid leave. SALARY 12,000USD per month
Sick Leave	10days
Overtime Pay	Payable after 80 block hours every month at 130 USD	Payable after 80 hours every month at 150 USD
Ticket Benefit	2 Round Trip tickets for 1st year, 3 Round Trip tickets for 2nd year, and 4 Round Trip tickets
Annual Bonus	8000USD 1^st year, 12,000USD 2^nd year, 15,000USD 3^rd year

E190 Upgrade to A320 Program after 3years of service available. Loss of License insurance will be provided by Tianjin Airlines.

★ Minimum Requirement

- 3000+ hours total time

- 500+ hours PIC on E190 or E145

- Current flight within recent 12 calendar months

- No older than 56

- ICAO level 4

- Medical Class 1

- No history of incidents or accidents

- No criminal record

★ Domicile: Tianjin, Xi’an,China

★ Screening and Registration Process

Step1: Application Form Collection and CV check
Step2: Confirm screening date (screening will take 7to 10days)
Step3: Screening (Screening cost will be taken charge by Tianjin Airlines) includes Simulator check, Medical check and ATPL test
Step4: Successful candidates provide no criminal record and no accident record in his own country
Step5: Candidate registration with work visa handled in his own country
